Where are the league rules?
Where are we pulling player contract amounts from (web site link?)? How are extensions going to work? Free agency? Add/drops? League Scoring? All this stuff needs to be worked out, see how Rich did it for baseball and basketball.
With this new wrinkle about being allowed to keep 3 players on the team you name, does the strength of those 3 players play into the draft order (it has to right?)?

draft order is by the team record of the franchise you took over so Texans first pick , Seahawks last . that has already been determined. 3 keepers has been established as well.

It should be quality of the keepers not rankings of the team. Because the Seahawks defense is dominated I pick last? Defense wins Super Bowls, it doesnt win fantasy titles.
Whatever, i'll deal with whatever is decided, but I dont think it makes sense.

it went from the record in the baseball league and in most leagues when taking over a team it goes by team record or random. My keepers are hurt so I would be picking high anyway by your method. doesn't matter in the end to me.

It may just be easier to start completely from scratch, just using the actual team names for your team. The contracts will be pull from spotrac.com. I'm still working on how free agency will work and the rest of it.

The league rules are being posted right now. i'm applying the same rules from the NBA league to this league. |

It would be great to have three guys from each team you pick, like we talked about originally. Otherwise, why be named after a specific team?

It makes things look cleaner to me, but yeah, im a man of my word, so breaking that now would complicate things between owners. Anyway, i decided to make the cap $110M some teams with the three players they choose could be almost pushing 40-50M, so that would limit them. I invited Richard and a bunch of other guys, they still haven't accepted the invites yet. |

When you decide please post your three players in the thread titled pre-draft keepers. i'm assuming Cruz and Manning are two. Are the rules fair for everyone? Make sure you visit spotrac.com to help you decide on keepers, ill be taken the contracts from there. |
